Group Classes
We offer a variety of small group classes on the Mat, Pilates Reformer, and Cadillac Springboards. Our class sizes are limited to 3-5 participants so you won't get "lost in the crowd" of a big class. In each group class we will attempt to cater to each participant's specific needs and encourage you to work at your own pace. Whether you are a new client or an old pro, we hope our group classes will add some variety to your Pilates workouts!
"All Levels" Reformer/Tower
Pilates equipment classes condition the whole body, head to toe. Your entire musculature is evenly balanced while building strength, flexibility, & core strength. By utilizing the resistance from the springs on the Pilates apparatus you will work your muscles differently than traditional floor exercises. The springs add an element of support, as well as instability so, you are challenging your balance, motor control & core strength as you focus on better postural alignment.
*Intermediate Reformer/Tower
An intermediate class is a total body workout with advanced exercises at an accelerated pace. If you’ve already seen improvement in your core strength and flexibility and you’re ready to take it to the next level, this might be the class for you. You should be comfortable using the Reformer safely, understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly. On average, you’ll work through twice as many exercises as in a Beginners Class, all more challenging.
"Ageless Pilates"
Taught on the Reformer and Spring Boards, this class is designed to introduce a safe application of the Pilates practice to anyone recovering from an injury or coping with chronic pain. This is a "gentle" workout but don't be fooled, It's still a huge challenge! *New clients are encouraged to do 3 private sessions before entering the class.
"Reformer with an Apprentice Instructor"
This class is available while our apprentice instructors are “still learning their lines.” It’s a great opportunity to work on the Pilates equipment at a discounted fee & experience the Pilates repertoire through the eyes of a new teacher. Each apprentice teacher has completed their individual training programs but have several hours of teaching experience required to complete their certification. Our apprentices will be under the observation of the studio owners, who will be available for questions if a client has any specific considerations during class.
Reformer/Tower Class Fees
Single Session: $30
Package of 5: $125
Group Class or Private with an Apprentice: $10
